SELLER DASHBOARD
While no two deals are ever the same, the process follows a somewhat predictable path. Most of this information will always be shared with you over a phone call or in person, but because there is so much of it - and my goal is always to create simple and elegant systems that make my clients feel empowered and informed - I've created this checklist as a tool I hope you find helpful as we proceed through the home selling journey together.

-
Pink will take you to forms or presentations I've created that offer deeper insight.
-
Blue will take you to blank Colorado Commission of Real Estate approved forms so you can get an idea of what you will be signing.
-
Green takes you to other websites that I think might be helpful.
-
Orange allows you to email or make a call as appropriate throughout the process.
